About Lovéra Atelier
Lovéra Atelier provides graphic design, branding and bespoke design services to businesses and individuals.
All services are provided on a bespoke basis and are created according to the requirements discussed and agreed with the client.
Services & Orders
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any text, business details, images, colours, references or other materials required for your design.
An order is considered confirmed once the order has been placed.
Lovéra Atelier reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before any work begins.
We accept the payment methods provided at the checkout, which includes Apple Pay, Clearpay, Klarna, and other banking options.
Design Process & Revisions
Lovéra Atelier will create designs based on the information, requirements and preferences provided by the client.
Revisions are included in every design service, you have up to 3 complimentary revisions. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed design. Requests for a completely different design, a significant change in direction or additional work outside the original brief may be treated as a new design request and may incur an additional charge.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing their designs and providing any required amendments before final approval.
Turnaround Time & Delays
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated to the client before work begins or will be stated in the relevant service description
Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the clients response time and the number of revisions required.
Lovéra Atelier will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However delays may occur where information, content, feedback or approvals are not provided by the client when required.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our design services, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already commenced.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Lovéra Atelier as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Intellectual Property & Design Ownership
All original concepts, drafts and design work created by Lovéra Atelier remain the intellectual property of Lovéra Atelier until the project has been paid for in full.
Once paid for in full, the client receives full ownership of the design(s) purchased from Lovéra Atelier.
Lovéra Atelier retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client has requested otherwise before the project is completed.
